This page sets out Terms and Conditions under which you use the www.CCTVYLLE.com website. CCTVYLLETM is owned by Holy Loft Productions Ltd and is the title of an exhibition and collection of artworks around a theme. Holy Loft Productions Ltd also owns the domain of CCTVYLLE.com. Any use of this website means that you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not use this website.

Payments
All payments are handled by PayPal.

Prices
All prices are as displayed on the website, but are subject to change at any time and without notice.

Typos
In the event that we list a product at the incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders at that price. If the order has already been processed, but not dispatched, we will cancel the order and process a refund for the full amount.

Availability
Prints, if in stock and all Comics will be shipped within 2 UK business days of placing your order on the website.
If your order is for a Print that is currently out of stock, we will rush your order to the printers immediately and as soon as it is printed for you, it will be shipped.
If Comics are out of stock I’m afraid it means you’ve missed out on Issue 000, so you’ll need to wait for Issue 001 instead! If you’re desperate for an Issue 000, try e-Bay?

Delivery Timing
From the time of shipping, the delivery within the UK should take no more than 3 business days, but it is usually sooner. If you have a special request, please email us at pleasehelpme@cctvylle.com and we’ll see what we can do…which may cost a few pounds more.

Delivery methods
Most of our orders are shipped using the UK postal service and professional courier companies.

Damage during transit
Please note that Holy Loft Productions Ltd is not responsible for parcels or packages damaged during shipping, whether to satisfy a purchase, or as part of a return for refund or exchange.

Where we deliver to
We can deliver worldwide, subject to cost and excluding certain countries…basically, if large well-known courier services deliver into your country, then we will ship to you! If your country is not shown in our shipping options, then I’m afraid we can’t deliver to you.

Delivery Cost
The correct cost for postage and packing will be calculated within the shopping cart.

Customs and Duty
Delivery prices exclude any local duties and taxes that may be payable by you on delivery in your home country. Please check whether you may be affected by this before you order as we imagine you will need to endure a lot of hassle to get the goods back to us if you prefer a refund.

P.O. Boxes
We will need a full address to deliver any goods to…which means no P.O. Boxes…sorry!

VAT
We are not VAT registered, so we are happy to pass on that saving to you!

Cancellation of an order
If you suddenly change your mind, just let us know by email to pleasehelpme@cctvylle.com straight away and, assuming we haven’t already packed and sent your item, we will just cancel the order right away. If we’ve already sent it, please refer to our Returns Policy below.

Returns Policy
To return goods to us, please follow Step 1 and 2 carefully!

Returns Policy - Step 1 – Tell us
The first step is to tell us you wish to return the goods, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please ensure your email includes the following:
Description of the goods, the reason for the return, the date you bought them, the address you took delivery to and the date you ordered.

Returns Policy - Step 2 - Returning the goods
The goods must be returned in saleable condition, in the full original packaging.
Once we receive your returned order, we will arrange for your replacements, or arrange a refund as agreed. We will arrange the shipping of replacements or arrange payment of refunds as soon as possible, but please allow up to 28 days.
Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs for orders delivered outside of the UK, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Faulty goods
If you believe there is a fault with your goods, please notify us immediately. Where a genuine defect is found and we can rectify the fault, we will arrange for a reprinting, which may take some time, but only the same time as if you order a print that is out of stock. If we cannot replace faulty goods, we will arrange for you to receive a full refund instead…and our sincere apologies!

Exchanging goods
We are unable to offer different goods in exchange for the ones you return so if you would like to order something else, please place a new order through the website and this will be treated as a separate transaction.

Intellectual Property
The rights in the designs and content of this website are owned by Holy Loft Productions Ltd. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, post or transmit any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, product names, characters and company names or logos featured on this website are the property of Holy Loft Productions Ltd.

Warranties
We cannot provide any warranties in relation to the goods provided over and above our statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979, as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.

Limited Liability
Our liability shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses.

Misuse of our website
Please don’t misuse our website.

Applicable Law
Every transaction shall be deemed to be performed in England. English Law shall govern each transactions and including, without limitation, all contractual and other relationships that arise from such sales. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any disputes arising out of any sale.
